Refund Policy
TSAR SAMUIL DOO BANSKO STRUMICA enables the refund of funds for services purchased and paid for through the e-shop under the following conditions:
If the service you received (or were supposed to receive) does not correspond to the description, quality, time of performance, or in any way fails to meet your expectations, you may request an exchange of the service for another suitable service. In the absence of the possibility of an exchange, you have the right to a refund of the funds according to the conditions stated herein.
Contact us no later than 24 hours from the date of the order (or from the date of performance of the service, if the service has already been provided) at the telephone number +389 72 211 011 or send us an e-mail with your details (name, surname and telephone) to the address contact@carsamuil.com with the subject “Refund Request”. In the e-mail, state the reasons why you wish to exchange the service or request a refund. Our operator will inform you of the further procedure as soon as possible.
A request for exchange or refund may be submitted within 7 days from the date of the order, provided that the service has not yet been fully performed. If the service has already been partially or fully performed, the right to a refund shall be considered individually, depending on the degree of performance and the reason for the request.
Upon receipt of your request, it will be determined whether the conditions for exchange or refund have been met, after which we shall proceed with providing an appropriate exchange of the service or a refund of the money.
If you request a refund of the monetary funds, once it is confirmed that the request has been accepted, the funds in the amount of the order (excluding any administrative or other related costs, if any) will be transferred to the same transactional account that you used when paying for the service, or to an account designated by the buyer if payment was made in another manner.
Costs for any administrative or banking fees are not refundable.
