TSAR SAMUIL DOO BANSKO STRUMICA offers refunds for products purchased and paid for through the online store tsarsamuil.com, subject to the following conditions:

  • If the products you receive do not meet your expectations in terms of shape, color, type, style, fit, or in any other respect, you may request an exchange for another product. If an exchange is not possible, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the conditions set out herein.
  • You must contact us no later than 24 hours from receipt of the shipment by calling +389 72 211 011, or by sending an e-mail containing your personal details (first name, last name, and telephone number) to contact@carsamuil.com, with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please state the reason why you wish to exchange or return the product. Our customer service representative will inform you of the further procedure as soon as possible.
  • The product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date the order was placed. The product must be undamaged and unused and must have its original label attached. In such condition, and properly packaged, the product may be returned to TSAR SAMUIL DOO BANSKO STRUMICA at the following address: Bansko, 2415 Strumica, North Macedonia. All delivery costs associated with the return or exchange shall be borne by the customer.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it is undamaged and unused. Once the product has been inspected and the return conditions have been met, we will proceed with sending the appropriate replacement product or issuing the refund.
  • If you request a refund, once the product has been returned to TSAR SAMUIL DOO BANSKO STRUMICA in the condition specified above, the amount paid for the order, excluding delivery costs, will be transferred to the same bank account used to make the original payment. If the order was paid for upon delivery, the refund will be transferred to a bank account designated by the customer.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.
