HEALING POWERS OF
OUR THERMOMINERAL WATER

The spa’s water belongs to the group of juvenile waters, originating from great depths and unaffected by atmospheric influences. It is clear, odorless, tasteless, and safe for consumption. Classified as high-thermal geothermal water, it contains sulfates, sodium, potassium, calcium, nitrogen and other trace elements. Its unique composition offers numerous health benefits:

  • – Sulfates (SO₄²): Mild anti-inflammatory and detoxifying effects; support liver and digestive health; beneficial for skin conditions, rheumatic diseases, and arthritis.

  • – Sodium (Na): Regulates water and electrolyte balance, aids muscle relaxation, and reduces fatigue.
  • – Potassium (K): Supports the nervous system, improves circulation, and promotes muscle regeneration; has anti-stress effects.
  • – Calcium (Ca): Anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory; helps with bone and joint issues, osteoporosis, and post-operative rehabilitation.
– Nitrogen (N₂): Acts as a vasodilator, improves microcirculation, and lowers blood pressure; supports the cardiovascular and peripheral circulatory systems.

– Radon (Rn): In small amounts, stimulates cell renewal, reduces pain and inflammation, and enhances immune activity; used for rheumatism, neuralgia, chronic inflammations, and infertility.

– Trace elements (Mg, Fe, Li, Sr): Regenerative and toning effects on tissues; improve metabolism and boost energy balance.

– This complex mineral composition makes our thermomineral water exceptionally beneficial for overall health and well-being.

HOT POOL

For short hot water therapy sessions, there is also a hot pool (9m x 5m) with thermal mineral water at 38–39°C. Sitting in the hot water for 5 to 20 minutes, as recommended by a physiotherapist, allows the body to absorb beneficial minerals through the skin and steam. This therapy improves blood circulation, stimulates metabolism, relaxes muscles, and has a positive effect on the skin.
